Return Policy

1. General rules for returns

  • You have up to 14 days after receipt to return all or part of your order.

  • A return must always be notified in advance in writing by e-mail at julie@candyville.be. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

  • Return costs are always at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by Candyville.

  • Always keep the track & trace code of your return shipment. We cannot accept returns without proof of shipment.

  • Products serve:

    • To be unopened (opened products will not be refunded).

    • To be stored in proper conditions: between 10°C and 22°C, dry, and free from direct sunlight.

2. Exceptions

  • No returns are possible when the correct item number is delivered as ordered.

3. Reimbursement upon return

  • If you return part of your order, you will only receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned products.

  • When you return the entire order, you will receive a refund of the purchase price as well as the shipping costs of the return shipment.(Note: return shipping costs themselves are never refunded).

4. Complaints and damages

  • In case of breakage or damage:

    • Please email within 2 days of receipt to julie@candyville.be with clear pictures and indication of the number of kilograms.

    • On this basis, a complaint can be filed with Bpost.

  • In case of complaints about a product, damage or wrong delivery:

    • Always save the product.

    • We may ask to return the product for examination or replacement.

5. Product substitution

  • Products will not be replaced until they are received in return.

  • A return label, if needed, can be obtained at julie@candyville.be be requested. (This applies subject to other mutual agreements).
