Not at home?
If you are not at home when your package is delivered, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. When the neighbors are not at home or do not want to accept the package, you will receive a bill in the mailbox to make a new appointment. In some cases, your package may be taken directly to a BPost pickup point.
