CONTRIBUTION - "Win 1 Year of Free Candy"
 
1. Organizer
The contest is organized by Candyville / Papa Chocolat (hereinafter "the Organizer").
 
2. Duration of the match
The race runs in two phases:
  • Phase 1: from November 1, 2025 to January 4, 2026
    → The 4 winners of this phase will be announced on January 5, 2026.
  • Phase 2: from January 5, 2026 to February 15, 2026
    → The 1 additional winner of this phase will be announced on February 16, 2026.
3. Conditions of participation
  • Participation is allowed for all ages.
  • The contest is open to residents of Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • One participation per person is allowed for basic participation.
  • By participating, the participant agrees to be bound by these rules.
4. How to participate
4.1 Mandatory participation
Participants must subscribe to the newsletter through Papa Chocolat's website.
 
4.2 Additional opportunity
Participants can earn one additional opportunity by:
  1. Follow the Instagram page @papachocolat
  2. Post a photo (feed or story) in which @papachocolat is tagged
Each participant can obtain up to one additional chance via Instagram.
 
5. Prices
A total of 5 winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive:
  • 1 year of free candy, which means:
    → 4 surprise packages per year (1 per quarter)
    → Worth €50 consumer price per package
The total annual value per winner is €200.
Prizes are not exchangeable and are not payable in cash.
 
6. Winners & announcement
  • Winners will be chosen at random from all valid participants.
  • Winners of Phase 1 will be announced on Jan. 5, 2026.
  • The winner of Phase 2 will be announced on Feb. 16, 2026.
  • Winners will be contacted personally via email or via their Instagram account (if their extra chance was used).
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
 
7. Liability
  • The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems (website, email, social media).
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone or discontinue the competition if circumstances beyond its control so require.
8. Personal data
  • Participants consent to their data being used for:
    • managing the competition
    • contacting winners
    • sending out the newsletter
  • Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
9. Exclusion
The Organizer may exclude a participant in the event of:
  • fraud, abuse or violation of these regulations
  • The use of false identities or multiple accounts
10. Acceptance of regulations.
Participation in the contest implies that the participant fully agrees to these rules.
