haricots RI RI.gif

Haricots have been produced for many years. Originally by chocolatier Demaret, we suspect, in the late 1960s. The name RiRi may still ring a bell.

The Oeyen company took over the product. After the takeover of Oeyen confectionery by Euro-Sweets, the Haricots moved to Berchem.

In 2010, the Haricots were brought under the Candyville brand. The recipe has remained virtually unchanged all this time.

The stop of Euro-Sweets and the sale of the machines caused a stopover. But after that short absence, Candyville again released the one and only, original and Belgian Haricots.

We invite you to contact us about this. We are happy to take the time to reconstruct this piece of history with you and to put the 'roots' of the product on paper for everyone.
